Location is good, Centralized, well connected

Hot water availability was an issue when needed . Tea..when ordered came approx 30min late. Food quality was ok. Should have more options in breakfast

Very convenient location - central yet off the main road.

Very convenient location - central yet off the main road. Reasonably priced.

- I stayed twice in the same room a few weeks apart. The problem I reported during the first stay - water from the shower area flooding the rest of the bathroom despite the glass screen being closed - was not attended to at all in the three weeks before I stayed there again. - The lift call buttons don't work properly - especially on the second floor, I had to wait till someone else took the lift to that floor! - Service in the restaurant tends to be very slow and it is often difficult to get the staff's attention.

OK place to stay for one day

nothing particular. Food quality very very poor. Vegetables were old without life. I think they buy vegetables going late night to market and buy the left over vegetables at cheapest possible price.

good staff at front desk, security are helpless i appreciate if you have changes and get some good staff, room service has poor quality of food with some sweet staff :) overall not bad.

The location is very good . Staff helpfull. Room big and confortable. Good free wi fi. One cool chinese restaurant on the roof...and a good south Indian restaurant as well.
